Description

The Bidder will be required to have experience to provide a "Co-ordination and liaison" services for Personal Support Assistant to people who require care and are living within Torbay and South Devon. The co-ordination service will include (but not limited to):
• Recruit, select and register a rolling supply of local, available PSA's
• Maintaining a database of registered PSA's
• Full appropriate governance checks on PSA's - self-employment assistance
• Work with the Trust and PSA's to develop skills and specialisms
• Receiving referrals from the Trust
• Obtaining a detailed profile of needs
• Introduction of Personal Assistant to Service Users
• Matching suitable Personal Assistants to Service Users
