Description

Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to design, construct, and refurbish the corridor areas within the Nigel Boobyer Theatres at University Hospital Lewisham. The works would look to include new flooring, new ceilings, new LED lighting, new internal doors, new reception desk and whiterock to walls. The works will be split into two phases and completed out of hours, weekends, and nights to ensure the theatres can be used each day without interruption. It is noted service starts 8am and the Trust will need 1.5 hours to do a clinical clean of the space so it can be used.
