Description

This project will repair and re-purpose the Grade II Listed School Room at Art Centre Penryn to create an active community art building. The building fabric will be repaired and the interior will be reorganised to create community art spaces to the ground floor and artist's studios for rent to the first floor, office and kitchen facilities.

The Works are to be carried in one single phase.
