Description

To implement the Defra Induction Pathway by 31 August 2017.
Currently DEFRA has no formal induction programme for new entrants. With the current rolling recruitment campaign to support Defra's key priorities (EU Exit, Corporate Services transformation etc), HR are working on introducing an induction pathway for new entrants coming into 'core Defra'.
