The Trust is looking to contract a supplier to provide them with a Clinical,Strategic and Transformational Insight Tool to provide them with data covering at least:

- Speciality relevant outcome data

- Consultant specific clinical outcome data to support appraisal and revalidation

- Clinical outcome metrics by service

- Safety and complications by service highlighting increased rates and risks

- Capability to provide real time risk data to clinicians

- Ability to drill down to patient level data

- Attendance volumes and rates per 1000 for our principal CCGs

- Admission volumes and rates per 1000 for our principle CCGs

- Length of stay

- Delayed Discharges

- Activity volume by CCG and GP practice

- Market share by CCG and GP practice

- Consultant productivity

- Workforce size and shape
