Description
Georgian Property Framework
We own a range of property, from rural starter homes to Grade I Listed Buildings in the centre of Bath, and we have an extensive development and land acquisition programme. We own 500 - 600 listed buildings mainly in the centre of Bath and there is a programme of renovating flats and houses when they become void for market rent purposes. The surplus income derived from these market rent properties is reinvested back into the business to provide more social housing.
4 Year Framework
Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal.
Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`).
