Bede Hall Adaptations, Western Boulevard, for De Montfort University, Leicester, LE1 9BH:

De Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out the refurbishment and alteration to create new structural openings to Block E in Bede Hall. The project involves removal of existing walls to create new openings etc, new flooring, new doors and panels above, new partitions to support the new sanitary and shower fittings and associated drainage connections (Contractor D&B element) Mechanical & Electrical installation adaption to the existing systems and installation of new elements to accommodate proposed adaptations (Contractor D&B
