Cambridge City Council is seeking to award a contract for the provision of cladding remediation works at the Clay Farm Centre, located at Hobson Square, Trumpington, CB2 9FN.
The Clay Farm Centre was constructed in 2017 and is a mixed use building with accommodation over 5 floors, comprising of:
- Ground Floor: library, café, assembly hall, on the ground floor,
- First Floor: Meeting rooms, a study area and office space
- Second Floor: Medical centre
- Third and Fourth Floor: Residential accommodation (20.no apartments).
