Description

Homes in Sedgemoor is seeking a professional contractor to undertake window cleaning services across its communal blocks within its portfolio of approximately 4,200 homes within the district of Sedgemoor. The contractor should utilise high-reach equipment for most tasks, minimising durations of working at height.
There are currently 62 locations within Sedgemoor which require window cleaning services. Tenderers should use this number as a guide as this list is subject to change and there is no guarantee as to the exact properties which will require cleaning.
