Description

Defra's RE:FIT project, split into two call-offs from the GLA's RE:FIT framework. This focuses on call-off contract 1.

The objective of the contract isBreathe energy to first investigate (under call-off contract 1), and then potentially invest towards plant/solutions in Defra properties that will reduce the cost of energy and carbon emissions. Investment will be paid through the savings made.

Second objective identify the potential through the tender of trading CO2 to complement paying back the investment made by the private sector company.
