Scope of requirements:
There are 8 geographical lots
Lot 1 - Scotland
Lot 2 - Northern Ireland
Lot 3 - Wales
Lot 4 - Northwest
Lot 5 - Northeast
Lot 6 - Midlands
Lot 7 - Southeast
Lot 8 - Southwest
under each of the geographical lot, there are 4 sub lots
Sub lot a - Catering and Dishwashing Equipment Maintenance (inc. gas services)
o Reactive visits (labour & call out charges)
o Proactive visits (labour & call out charges)
o Asset management service
o Regular Gas Servicing (labour & call out charges)
Sub lot b - Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance
o Reactive visits (labour & call out charges)
o Proactive visits (labour & call out charges)
o Asset management service
Sub lot c - Kitchen Clean Services (covers kitchen deep clean, Kitchen ventilation, Duct cleaning)
o Kitchen Deep Clean, including surface cleaning (floors, walls), lighting, equipment (inside and out) and kitchen fittings
o High Level Cleaning including ceilings, structural steel work, lighting.
o Grease Trap Cleaning
o Un-blocking of drains (within kitchen walls only)
