Description

Bristol City Council (BCC) is replacing it's housing system, switching from legacy system (Northgate OHMS) to Civica CX by May 2017. This project means our tenant rent account and repairs digital services for tenants must be re-integrated using Liferay. BCC want to improve existing, and create new, services for tenants continuing to focus on user centred design to achieve the future vision for housing digital services. BCC have limited in-house capacity and need to augment our internal team with the help of a supplier. This contract is for the provision of these expertise and aim is to deliver as much of the development backlog as possible whilst maintaining quality and optimal velocity as we scale up capacity.
