Description

London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for:
Project Management and Consultancy services to support the tender process of the Air Navigation Service contract at LLA. The aim is to complete the tender process by June 2017 for a new contract that will replace the current one which expires on 31st October 2018.Include contract length and start date
The Air Navigation Service new contract value is expected to be in the region of 25M - 50M pounds depending on the length of the contract. The current service is for Air Traffic Control and Air Traffic Engineering services. The Airport has planning permission to expand the capacity to 18M passengers per annum which equates to roughly 140,000 movements per year off of a single runway.
Bidders will need to be able to demonstrate they have the capability of supporting a procurement process for these type of works by means of proven experience and technical knowledge in relation to the service required.
