Description

Sheffield City Council wishes to appoint a number of Independent Investigators to undertake complaints in the area of Social Care. It is expected that the agreement will be for a 3-year period. Successful providers will be placed on a framework via which call off contracts will be made. There will be no guarantee for any level of business placed with organisations. The Independent Investigators must be able to undertake investigations into complaints about Children's and Adult Social Care services in a timely manner, in line with regulations, and Sheffield city council's standards and expectations. They must produce a quality report for the council, making recommendations on the complaints. They must attend adjudication and review panel meetings, as required.
