Description
We wish to commission an experienced UKAS accredited firestopping specialist to carry out firestopping works and further investigations at Parkside Court and 210 Wharf Road, Chelmsford, Essex. Following recently commissioned Type 4 intrusive fire risk assessments. One at a 14 storey block known as 1-81 Parkside Court, which was refurbished in 2009 and one at a new build block, Flats 1-60 at 210 Wharf Road which is a 7 storey block, built in 2022. This identified firestopping requirements and further investigation.
