Description

The purpose of this notice is to invite interested suppliers to engagement events in respect of potential competitions for Skills Bootcamps via the Skills Bootcamps Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
This PIN is for market engagement only. It does not signify the commencement of any call for competition process and does not constitute any commitment by the Department for Education.
The DfE would like to invite suppliers to attend engagement events. These events will:
- Provide an overview of Skills Bootcamps.
- Provide information about where suppliers can find out more about being a supplier of Skills Bootcamps
- Test requirements for potential future competitions with the market

DPS categories align with IfATE's (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education) 15 occupational maps, and Skills Bootcamps DPS call-off competitions would be run in some of these skills categories. The events will be focused on specific categories, and we encourage suppliers to sign up to those in which they are interested. These events are listed below.

The DPS launched on 21st November 2022 and will run for a duration of up to 6 years with an indicative overall value of approximately £1.5bn.
To be invited to call-off competitions for Skills Bootcamps, suppliers must first undergo the qualification process (SQ) as part of the DPS.
