Description

****THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES TENDERERS TO ATTEND A SITE VISIT ON EITHER 13TH OR 14TH DECEMBER 2018*******

The FSCS is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver small works in relation to office space reconfiguration.

The contractor will be expected to deliver the small works project using a detail and build project approach as detailed in this ITT.

The project will include but not limited to the following, (i) installation, (ii)reconfiguring and (iii) building and decorating identified office space to create an agile and collaborative working environment.

Suppliers will also be expected to supply and install some electrical equipment as required.

FSCS expects specific elements of the works to be sub-contracted to incumbent services to include Sound Masking, Access Control works, Fire Safety, Building Management System and reconfiguration of Lighting Controls as detailed in this ITT.

As this project is part of a wider FSCS Workplace Transformation Project, FSCS may require additional work to be undertaken by winning contractor including Audio Visual and Electrical Installation to the Office Space.

In such an event FSCS will require winning contractor to complete the additional work as required subject to receiving a Change Request Form from FSCS.

The project is expected start upon contract award to last for approximately three months with the vast majority of work being done during weekends between 28th January 2019 through 15th March 2019. FSCS reserve the right to extend the contract in order to ensure completion of all work as required.

The FSCS requires JCT Minor Works Building (Public Sector) 2016 terms and conditions for this contract.
