Description

Norfolk County Council Norfolk County Council (NCC) is seeking a case management system to support key functions of its roles as County Minerals & Waste Planning Authority, Lead Local Flood Authority, County Conveyance Searches, and Highways Authority. All Service Functions listed below are reliant on geospatial data to record and manage cases. Cases encompass applications, searches, consultations, incidents.

This specification is intended to offer a clear indication of NCC's requirements for the system it intends to procure. The system must be an off the shelf solution.
