Charnwood Borough Council has accessed the Crown Commercial framework contract RM1045, Lot10 for Integrated Communication

Integrated telephony solution for all Charnwood staff, remote workers and Contact Centre staff.

The solution covers;
- connectivity services SIP trunks, DDIs, including resilient connections
- Inbound and call routing services, including all telephony call centre services
- call recording and analysis
- provision of IP handsets
- mobile twinning for remote workers
- cloud hosted service which include administration of the phone system
- fully managed infrastructure
