Description

Replacement Roof Covering at Eckington Swimming Pool,
Gosber Street, Eckington, S21 4DA
North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to procure a specialist contractor to carry out design, supply and installation of a new roof covering in either liquid plastic (option A) or an over roof solution (option B) to its Eckington Leisure Centre.
The aim of this project is to ensure the property has an impermeable and appropriately insulated roof covering. The contractor is to develop a solution which meets all requirements as per specification. The submission shall where necessary be subject to the requirements of the 'Building Regulations' and the 'Town and Country Planning Act' which should form part of your submission.
