Description

The Support to Live at Home service is commissioned to deliver personalised, outcome focused support to individual Service Users, at the right level and at the right time. Providers are invited to bid for Locality 5 and Locality 6 within the Barnsley Borough to deliver both standard and enhanced packages of support.
