Description

We are asking for a bespoke package of support (staffing and accommodation) to initially be intensive but then to be semi-independent to withdraw when young person turns eighteen towards the end of the year. NB The accommodation should be within 10-15 miles of Darlington and costs would need to be affordable and sustainably beyond young person's 18th Birthday. The provision could already be set up and running locally, however, the Local Authority will also consider proposals in relation to providers setting a bespoke package up in the local area.
