Description

Derbyshire County Council requires the provision of a manned guarding service based at Markham Vale Environment Centre, Markham Lane, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S44 5HY. A Manned Guard Security Service is required that can provide a safe and secure environment at Markham Vale and deliver a proactive level of security to protect the staff, property and visitors to the whole site. In addition, the manned guarding operatives will function as commissionaires to the Markham Vale Environment Centre (MVEC) outside of the normal opening hours of the centre which are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 hours with the exception of Bank Holidays. The contract will commence on 1st May 2019 and be valid for 2 years with an option to extend to 4 years (2 years + 1 year + 1 year) at The Council's discretion.
