Description

To provide a research project aiming to assess the outcomes achieved for rural communities by means of Defra's grant-in-aid to Action for Communities in Rural England (ACRE) and the wider ACRE Network. The study also aims to gather detailed evidence to help inform decisions about Defra's future financial support for ACRE and the ACRE Network and how those organisations should contribute to the Defra commitment to promoting 'a thriving rural economy' in the future.
