Description
We require an Online resource platform to support learning and Continual Professional Development of Cambridgeshire County Council Social Care Workforce, there are two lots and bidders can submit for one lot or for both lots;
Lot 1 - Children's Social Care Workforce
Lot 2 - Adult's Social Care Workforce
Effective learning is an essential cornerstone for achieving Cambridgeshire County Council's key ambitions as outlined by its People Strategy. This Online Resource platform will support learning by making all key information easily accessible and be available 24 hours a day, which will help facilitate Cambridgeshire County Council's flexible ways of working. The Online Resource Platform should cater for a wide audience across children and young people's social care, including: students, Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs), social workers and alternatively qualified staff working with Children and Young People i.e., targeted support, fostering and adoption, children's homes, all areas of adult services, including Allied Health Professionals, Reablement Workers and those supporting with assisted technology. It should include a range of learning methods and support new learning as well as the recap of previous learning.
