Description
Lot 1 - Provision of Site Electrical Supply
Capacity required 1000kVA at Plot 10, John Walker Road, Stockton, TS21 3DY. The supply voltage of the connection will be 230/400V +10% or - 6% @ 50Hz AC +1% or - 1%.
Lot 2 - Provision of Site Gas Supply
1. Supply and install new 63mm M/P service
2. Locate \Plot and ground stake 125mp GTC main through trial holes on site to confirm location to proposed building location.
3. Carry out disconnection of 2" ST main, 250 DI service & 180 PE and vent & ensuring no further hazard back to the governor station
All works are to be undertaken with the agreement of Northern Gas Networks
