Description
Home Group Ltd (HGL) is procuring 3 Contracts for lift servicing, repairs and maintenance. There is single contract in each of the following regions;
• North
• South
• Scotland
Across each Contract the scope of works includes for monthly servicing of all HGL's passenger lifts and bi-annual servicing of platforms and stair lifts.
HGL is procuring a comprehensive contract therefore inclusive in the service is all routine maintenance to the lifts including a breakdown / emergency call out service covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The routine maintenance provision is inclusive of all labour, material components, consumables and any other associated cost.
For the avoidance of doubt the breakdown / emergency call out service and associated repairs are inclusive of the contract cost and will only be deemed chargeable to Home Group in situations as defined in Section 4 of the specification. All activities are to be undertaken in compliance with all current applicable statutory and legislative requirements, industry standards, manufacturer's instructions, British standards and in accordance with the Contract terms.
