Description

The University of Chester is seeking tenders for the provision of the ICM Skills Report for Enabling Skills for the Industrial Decarbonisation Supply Chain (ESIDS) project. The report will support the work being undertaken to accelerate industrial decarbonisation with deployment at scale by the mid-2020s; to boost the competitiveness of industrial regions, create and protect jobs and realise export opportunities.

The University is part of the Industrial Decarbonisation Research and Innovation Centre (IDRIC). IDRIC has been formed to support the decarbonisation challenge and works with academia, industry, government and other stakeholders to deliver multidisciplinary research and innovation in cross-cutting areas of technology, policy, economics and regulation.
The work following this tender is expected to produce a workforce planning study of the industrial clusters that define in detail the various roles that industry and supply chains will need to deliver the industrial decarbonisation propositions emerging from the clusters.

For further information and to download the tender documents, all tenderers must register on the 'In-Tend' e-tendering portal:
https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofchester

Tender documents must be completed and returned via In-Tend, by 10:00am on Thursday 23rd December 2021.
