Business support and economic development company Growth Lancashire Ltd are establishing a dynamic purchasing system. The company, which already provides heritage, conservation and arboricultural services, has now launched a call for professional services across twelve disciplines as it continues to build additional expertise and capacity to meet increased demand from its Local Authority partners and private clients.
