To deliver practical and theoretical training in Construction Skills - Plumbing & Heating Courses to participants of the Black Country Impact project who wish to pursue a career in the Construction Industry. The programme is aimed at eligible 15-29 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not in employment, education or training (NEET).
