Description

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is looking to establish a framework for the delivery of a Civic Chauffeur Service for a period of up to three years (initially for 1 year with two possible extensions of 12 months each). The framework is required to meet the requirements of the Council's Civic Services Team within the Corporate Resources Directorate. This will be a fixed hourly rate transport service to and from civic events for the Council's Chairman, Vice Chairman, Lord Lieutenant and various VIP's. Requirements are divided into two lots: Lot 1. Provision of chauffeurs only, to drive the Council's civic vehicle. Lot 2. Provision of chauffeurs and vehicles were the Council's civic vehicle is otherwise engaged or unavailable. Economic Operators (EO's) can bid for either or both lots and we will be looking to appoint a maximum of four EO's to each lot.
