NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 January 2018 for the following reason: Change of tender return deadline to 16/02/18 at noonChelmsford Museum is based around a 19th Century substantial residence in Oaklands Park, which is Grade 2 listed. The Museum was recently extended and a Heritage Lottery Grant has enabled a refurbishment of the original house to now be undertaken. The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified main contractor to undertake this important project. The successful bidder must be able to achieve the required standard of work within a challenging timescale.
