1 - Advocacy Service for Children In care

2 - Sandwell Children's Trust, Wolverhampton City Council, and Walsall MBC jointly commission an advocacy service for Children In Care and other children in need to meet their statutory obligation to provide such a service and to promote involvement of children and young people in care planning.
