Description

Goldsmiths University of London (GUoL) are seeking tenders for the following Consultancy Services for a refurbishment project with an estimated project cost of ?7.3m including VAT and fees and excluding service connections and IT IS telephone/Audio Visual equipment, Furniture , Signage and TFL Red route restrictions/licences.

We are initially seeking cost consultants to work with us to develop the scheme to such a stage where we could confirm its viability in cost and planning terms, as well as using it to seek other avenues of funding which we believe are available. If the project is viable and GUoL wish to proceed then beyond pre-application discussions with LB Lewisham and Stage 0, a consultancy team will be appointed. As such, GUoL cannot guarantee that the scheme will progress beyond Feasibility stage.
