Description

Staffordshire County Council is looking to have new interpretation materiaIs designed and installed across three of its country parks, and along a walking route between two of those sites. The contract has been split into three 'Lots' and applicants can respond to one, two or all three Lots.

Lot 1 relates to the design, production and installation of site map panels and site interpretation panels, and the design and print of a route guide leaflet for a new heritage trail route at Greenway Bank Country Park.

Lot 2 relates to the design, production and installation of site map panels and site interpretation panels, and the design and print of a route guide leaflet along a new 'Chase2Water' walking route across and between Cannock Chase Country Park and Chasewater Country Park.

Lot 3 includes the design, production and installation of themed indoor interpretation panels inside the visitor centres at Cannock Chase and Chasewater Country Parks, and the design and production of some initial interactive multimedia content about the country parks for visitors, to be installed on interactive kiosks inside those visitor centres. Lot 3 also includes the design and production of content for some outdoor audio units. The contractor for Lot 3 is expected to supply the associated hardware / software from which visitors can access the multimedia and audio content from.

The project is supported by external funding from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and any Lots awarded must be completed by September 2021.
