Description

This procurement is for the provision Removal, Storage and Transportation of both commercial and domestic furniture. The provider will be expected to be a member of the British Association of Removers or equivalent.
The Council are seeking a suitably experienced Supplier who is commitment to quality and best practice in removals and storage, has current experience of working within Local Authorities environment, ideally with a strong operational base within the West Midlands, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when needed moving forwards into this contract term.
Wolverhampton Homes (WH) is an Arm's Length Management Organisation, wholly owned by Wolverhampton City Council, The contract will be available to use by Wolverhampton City Council and Wolverhampton Homes (WH). The contract will also be available to use by Wolverhampton College.
Wolverhampton City Council and/or Wolverhampton College may make use of this contract for its City Learning Quarter (CLQ) project, the estimated value of these works would be of around £300,000, there is no guarantee that these services will be required.
