Description
To provide maintenance service to the Baggage Handling System for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months (3+1+1).
The successful supplier will need to be subject matter expert in supporting such a system in a live operational airport environment. This is necessary as the current system is old and disjointed, thus an engineer is required onsite at all times to facilitate any necessary fixes.
