Description

Qualitative research to evaluate a range of newly developed interpretation schemes at English Heritage sites The agency needs to design and implement the research, then analyse and interpret the findings in order to evaluate the success of our recent interpretation projects and develop learnings for future Interpretation schemes. The agency also needs to work with us to develop a qualitative KPI for evaluation of Interpretation schemes that can be adopted by English Heritage in the future. The agency needs deep expertise and experience in designing and conducting qualitative research at sites or attractions, and specifically in interpretation engagement; and in the development of evaluation methods.
