Description
Improvements to the vitality of the Town Centre of Swinton by introducing additional accommodation in close proximity to the town centre together with a civic and community offer complemented by and enhanced retail offer in the form of a limited number of new units and refurbishment of the parade.
To appoint a Development Partner to produce a masterplan and bring about the development of the site through:
