Description
This Further Competition is issued on behalf of Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Following recent site inspections it has become necessary to replace the existing heating boilers in the boiler room at Francis Willis Unit, County Hospital Site, Lincoln. The existing heating boilers are reaching the end of their practical useable life, and are now exceeding the legal limit on emissions. There are currently 2no Hamworthy UR300 88kw boilers supplying the majority of the building, and 1no Baxi Solo 2 60 PF 18kw boiler suppling an extension part of the building, all boilers are 25+ years old, and approximately only 60% efficient. The Trust requires a quote to remove and replace with a new system capable of providing heating and efficiencies to meet current standards.
Site Location; Francis Willis Unit, Greetwell Rd, Lincoln LN2 5UA.
