CBRE be appointed as the property investment consultant to undertake the marketing and disposal of the apartments on behalf of the Council via an direct award (due to the complexities of the project and the expertise that CBRE have around the project they are best placed to undertake this work) CBRE now need to be appointed to undertake the disposal process.
