Description
The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) seek to assess the feasibility of developing a district heating network (DHN) in the city. The Council, with the support of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy's Heat Network Delivery Unit (HNDU) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation with a proven track record in the design of heat networks to undertake a techno - economic feasibility study that will help shape future investment and interventions designed to reduce carbon emissions, reduce energy costs and alleviate fuel poverty for the businesses and residents of the city.
