Description

The purpose of this brief is to seek the services of a suitably qualified engineer to undertake options appraisals, and feasibility and detailed design work for the removal or modification of the four identified priority obstacles on Staithes Beck (GB104027068770), including; two weirs, a culvert and an Irish ford. Design drawings and associated costs to address each structure are to be produced. All design works require environmental consideration and pollution control plans, particularly to limit or control sediment release in the case of structure removal/modification.
