Description

Following the market engagement / bidder event on the 10th January to create awareness of this procurement within organisations including third sector, that can support the Trust in the development and co-delivery of a complex recovery service we are now able to proceed with this procurement.We are seeking tenders from organisations including third sector, that can support the Trust in the development and co-delivery of a complex recovery service (a mental health rehabilitation service). he contract will be looking at working with a provider who will manage the provision of around 20 support workers to be based 7 days a week with this new service and who will be integrated into the multidisciplinary team delivering care plans. The support workers will in the main be unregistered staff and the skills and skills mix of this workforce will need to adapt to a new model of support working with an emphasis on recovery and community engagement. A range of different interventions and approaches will need to be available, including

-psychological interventions including low intensity interventions
-use of and working with recovery models and wellness action plans
-creative therapies
-self care, meaningful occupation and community connections
-financial and housing support
-medication management
- support with emotional and physical health needs
-supporting new roles and relationship and turning community activity into community friendships
-supporting self-management
-personalised approaches.

How to Express Interest in this Tender:
1. 4. Responding to the tender - There will be a tab allocated to any tender stage (e.g. PQQ and/or ITT). Underthe `My Tender Return` area, you will be required to complete any mandatory questionnaires and upload anyrequested documentation. You can now use the `Correspondence` function to communicate with the buyerand seek any clarification (any clarifications will be found within the `Clarifications` tab). - Note the deadlinefor completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit your response. -
