Description

Tandridge District Council invite suitably qualified consultants to the tender of a Local Plan: Garden Village Consultation, which will be prepared and carried out to accord with Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Plan) (England) Regulations 2012.

The Local Plan: Garden Village Consultation will set out the five strategic locations being considered by the Council as a potential location for a development which would be of a size and scale to accommodate a scheme which accords with the principles of a Garden
Village.

The total budget for this work is £160,000.00 and below the OJEU threshold for Services.
