Description

The Department for Chemical Engineering are looking to purchase a three zone tube furnace for chemical vapour deposition (CVD) applications that could heat the samples up to 1700°C. We are hoping to deposit a wide range of materials such as transition metal dichalcogenides (MoS2, MoSe2, WS2...).
