Description
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) wishes to commission a Supplier or a consortium of Suppliers to carry out research into the economic and technical impacts of whole life carbon assessments, the robustness of the data generated by assessments and modelling of the domestic and non-domestic design and construction choices encouraged by reducing embodied carbon in construction.

The project will be procured through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - RM6126 Research and Insights Market Place.
Suppliers are able to apply to join the DPS at any time. During application to join the DPS, suppliers indicate which services they may be able to provide under the DPS.
Please note that new suppliers are able to register with the DPS via the following link and that this process can take at least 2 weeks: https://supplierregistration.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/dps#research
DLUHC will apply filter categories relevant to the requirement in order to create a supplier shortlist for running a further competition.
