Description

The School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a direct laser writing system, specifically aimed at patterning both Novolac and SU-8 resists, and write speeds of  50 mm2/min (assume a resist sensitivity of 50mJ/cm2) at 1µm minimum feature sizes.
