Contract awarded for carrying out a feasibility study into options for the regeneration of the Buttermarket and Town Hall in Newark, Nottinghamshire otherwise known as the 'Newark Central Project'. The feasibility study will be used as a basis to identify and bring forward suitable regeneration and development proposals for these buildings and the surrounding area in the future.
