This part of the Specification is to covers all aspects of the routine inspection and maintenance of the Booster, Sewage and Surface Water Pumps as detailed in the Schedule of Equipment herein. The Maintenance is to all residential buildings including sheltered accommodations etc managed by Homes for Haringey (HFH).
